I'm on a self imposed running ban at the moment while I rehab from a flare-up of Patellar Tendinitis. I've overdone it on my weekly elevation and it's kicked me in the ass, or more accuratly buggered my knee. I missed out on the Three Shires fell race last weekend and the Peris Horseshoe this weekend, which I'm bummed about. Alas, it is what it is (aka my fault) but hopefully I'll have it sorted in a few weeks. In this video I'm out for a walk instead. Mainly to keep my knee mobile and to have a play my Sony ZV-E10. I'll be honest it's an awkward camera compared to the DJI Action 4 but that's mainly down to the fact I'm not used to it. I park up at Patterdale and had a wander up Birkhead Moor to the Hole-in-the-wall and waffle on about what's to come on the channel.
