Notes: His real name is Cieldeau Tris. He is lord of the House of Tris in the Farlands and Celtie's older brother. Having lost in combat to his sister, he began serving as a blade for the kingdom. However, his eyes remained fixed on the pinnacle of light. After losing to the Demon Blade, he became the Blade of Tris. This is the path he chose for himself. As they spar, Yuwel insists he hasn't completely abandoned the path. With newfound vigor, Ciel charges into battle against monsters the next day. To the Pinnacle: Once things have ended, Ciel summons Yuwel to reveal that he made a pact with Prince Lornite, who was supported by the Kweturs. Ciel, now free of his burdens thanks to provocation from Yuwel and others, seeks an introduction with Yuwel's friends from afar. A Brother’s Laugh: After reuniting with Celtie in Starview Village, Ciel engages in a duel with Alk in lieu of a standard greeting. After sparring, Ciel investigates Alk's character, gaining increasing interest in the village both as a politician and a swordsman.
