As autumn arrives, I'm reminded of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the little things that make life joyful 🍂. In this video, I share how challenging finding a balance between productivity and embracing slow living can be, especially as the pace of life picks up. Every September, I get a little overwhelmed by seeing the end of the year coming at great pace. The end of summer always happens suddenly, and collapses into autumn. Spending time embracing autumnal habits has helped grounding myself in time, and appreciate slow and mindful moments. I've been experimenting a little with this recent video, with the addition of voiceover. I felt that writing subtitles was limiting me to engage with you, and share stories.
