Walk in the countryside | Relaxing nature video | Explore Ireland | Morning routine

Since the rains have ceased, I’m taking full advantage of these dry autumnal mornings. I wake at 6am, and head out the door at 7am to venture out into the veil of mist that gently drifts across the rolling drumlins. My kitty crew accompany me; Pickle may be the smallest but he’s the leader, while Pumpkin follows suit, and Chubbers is always last in tow, as big boys need more time to get up the hills! The every emerging beams of golden light pierce through the hedgerows, snapping at us as we pass along the lane. The landscape is weaved by fine silver threads, knitting together each blade of grass and twisting, curling branch. The drops of dew hang in anticipation, while the birds skip and sing across the bows. The world slowly appears, and a bright, beautiful day unfolds. Hope you enjoy our morning walk. ~ Gillian x
