Yes of course I’m still training 🤣🥋👊although I don’t train 5 days a week like I did a few years ago. I think once I hit 50 i decided to spend more time on all my other hobbies especially my first love which is spending time in the countryside, time for me goes far too quickly and there’s so many things I love to do. I still keep in shape by training a couple of times a week now but am enjoying all my other hobbies as I grow older, times flying fast by as you get older and I never waste one moment of it as you will see by all the other videos i post 😁🙏…..
