Here is my full review and tour of the 2023 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic, a special vintage edition of the Softail. You get hard, weatherproof saddlebags, a Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-Twin engine, steel laced wheels, a removable windshield, full fenders and floorboards, all standard. The base price of the 2023 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic is $21,999. The bike has a very cool, vintage look with the full fenders and lace wheels, but modern technology like ABS, electronic cruise control and that massive 114 cubic inch motor. I had the Heritage Classic for a few weeks and rode it back and forth between Palm Springs and LA on the freeway. I also rode it all around Palm Springs and the local mountains.
