In your minds eye imagining an image of yourself or someone you wish to heal your relationship with... the quantum realm knows no difference so when we connect with someone in this space and work with this practice, we cultivate shifts and healing here in the physical realm. • • If using this practice with the image of another person: -do a round of you saying these sentences to them over and over allowing them to receive it from you -do a round of imagining them saying them to you over and over again. • • Closure is not something anyone else can ever truly give us. With this practice we can heal relationships and receive those precious gems of apologies and forgiveness we can so dearly need at times. You are worthy of being freed from anything holding you down. • • Forgiving someone or something that feels completely unforgivable is not for the other person- it is for you. For your heart.
