When it comes to peanuts, you want to buy RAW peanuts and germinate them on a wet paper towel. Once they germinate, we transplanted them into small pots and put them under grow lights for about 6 weeks. We transplant them outside into the fabric grow bags in May. We live in central North Carolina in zone 8a. It is October and we are harvesting our peanuts.
