HYBRID CANE WALKING STICK

Good day to everyone! Just finished carving a cane / walking stick hybrid. A little shorter than my normal walking sticks with a smaller topper like a cane. Made from cherry, oak for the stick and inserted an aluminum transition piece. Put in a different back painted dot pattern in the center of the stick which I think came out really nice. The finish is Teak oil from Watco and a layer of lacquer for protection. Hope you like the build, not used to working with metal so it took some time to shape the transition piece but it got done.
