85-year-old Granny in Pune is grabbing eyeballs on the social media and has become an internet sensation. Her Lathi-Kathi art video has gone viral. From the age of 8, Shantabai Pawar has been performing ancient form of Indian martial art. She couldn't study and make a career, but she performs to ensure that her grandchildren don't meet the same fate. Shantibai Pawar belongs to Dombari community a nomadic tribe from Maharashtra which is known for performing stunts on streets for their survival. Many celebrities have also praised Shatibai on the social media. Messiah of the poor and underpriviledged under the lockdown, Sonu Sood has also reached out to her and praised her on twitter. He said that he wants to open a small training school for her where she can train other women in self defence. Riteish Deshmukh also hailed her on the social media.
