Leighton House is the former home and studio of the leading Victorian artist Frederic, Lord Leighton. The house is a representation of wealthy Victorian collecting habits and Orientalist taste, featuring excellent use of tiles, ceramics, and textiles inspired by Leighton's travels to Turkey, Syria, and Egypt.
