Most framing pneumatic compressors and tools run under 120 psi. The Max High Pressure tools though store air at 500 psi in the compressors. I run most of our high pressure tools between 280 and 300 psi. The advantage of these tools is that they are lighter and smaller. Using them since 2008, they are also very well made and durable.
