This is a quick and easy abstract painting that was created using acrylic paint, a large plastic bag, a long skinny canvas, recycled food boxes and a sponge. A plastic bag is used to create visual texture on the canvas. Recycled cardboard is used to make easy stencils. I taped the stencils onto the painted canvas and then stencils dark lines using acrylic paint and a sponge. This painting can be so versitile. Change the color and the shapes and you can quickly change the whole painting!
