Fire's ST is just simply not there. It's ass, it sucks. Frost does it way better. Even when it comes to raid, Frost is the best ST spec right now and even I am making the swap. Only thing Fire excels at is AOE with the new LB build, which idk I still feel like a lot of other classes do better while doing high ST. I think it is no coincidence that majority of Fire high keys on wclogs are done before 11.0.5 nerfs (FS + huge ST nerf). Fire does well on fights where there is some kind of a cleave, but dungs and bosses like In Grim Batol, Dawn Breaker etc... hell nah. I still plan to 100% do a comparison commentary somewhere next reset between Frost / Fire in m+, but sadly I am unsure whether I can or cannot do many high keys rn (did a few 13s that I didn't record this week but unsure about 15s really) I will swap to Frost next week so that I can actually get accepted into groups because the stigma of "Fire very shit" is still alive in pugs. But fear not, I will still upload Fire every now and then (13s and shit) just not mega high keys, because I am not convinced about it's potential there. AOE is sadly not everything in a lot of dungeons and you NEED the ST dam.
