I made this video presentation on the history of the Tidal Wave roller coaster in cooperation with then Paramount's Great America as part of a celebration of the ride's twenty-fifth anniversary in 2002. The video pays homage to Anton Schwarzkopf and Werner Stengel, the two key people responsible for creating this compact thriller. Historic footage and exclusive interviews tell the ride's story and offer a rare behind-the-scenes look at how the ride is maintained.
