The F50 is essentially a Formula 1 car for the road, with technology and design heavily inspired by Ferrari's F1 cars of the early 1990s. It is renowned for its raw, unfiltered driving experience, with a naturally aspirated V12 engine, minimal electronic aids, and a lightweight, aerodynamically efficient body. At the heart of the F50 is a 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine derived from Ferrari’s 1990 Formula 1 car, the 641.
