Heal Alac Druid is great on Aetherblade Hideout CM due to the insane amount of cc it brings via Glyph of Equality, both pet F2s, Mace#3, Warhorn#5, CA#3, and entering CA thanks to the Druid adept trait Blood Moon. Almost all of these cc skills are enhanced by Sigil of Paralyzation and the Marksmanship master trait Moment of Clarity, making those two picks very valuable. We start by instantly ccing Mai Trin to keep her from dodging around as much. If it's the first time you start the fight, the boonstrip will happen very late (after around 13s); if it's not the first time you start the fight, then the boonstrip happens earlier (after around 6s). Since we always go for the early boonstrip, I can enter CA early to provide boons before the boonstrip and then quickly stack them up again afterwards. Certain mechanics such as the laser AoEs and the projectile orbs can be skipped by having high enough dps on the dps add. We achieved this in every cc add phase and therefore didn't have to deal with those mechanics, further increasing our dps uptime on Scarlet and reducing the damage pressure on the squad. Disclaimer: Both Monk (Core) or Karakosa (SotO) relic are fine; keep in mind that you need to successfully combo your blast finishers for Karakosa though which requires a squad composition with lots of combo fields or adjustments in your gameplay, making Monk the all-rounder pick.
