the BEST available and most important spare parts listed. if you use SPARE PARTS sets (which i do NOT recommend, cause often cheap parts are smuggled in) make sure that they contain these parts, otherwise dont buy the set. for the rest it doesnt matter which brand you use. u always need these essential spare parts for servicing an engine: 1) good bearings = FAG 9 ball clutch side, nadella stator, skf closed driveshaft 2) cortecco shaft seals. no need to use any other brand px alt = seat with groove = blue rubber lusso = seat no groove = metal brown rubber (0,5mm shortened) 3) piaggio cruficorm 4) piaggio kickstarter gear 5) a set of distance rings for the gears 6) piaggio gasket set, the thick green one DONT use gasket with dry sealing mass on it, as you need normal sealing mass anyways ( on the small half) and both are too much. anything else than these listed spare parts, it does not matter which brand you use. general recommendation: dont use BRANDED spare parts sip, pinasco, malossi or bgm dont produce any spare parts (bearings, shaft seals, gears, cruciform etc.) they buy it somewhere, brand it as their own and resell it. branding = to make profit, if its similiar price or even cheaper = lower quality, cause there is the dealers profit included ;) & some more service work tips around: bearings & exchange, 9 ball bearing, younger 2001 cases, properly close the halfs, weak spot of all engines, gearbox oil sucker etc. spare parts list with sip part numbers: name sip # crank clutch side, FAG 9 ball 90011000 crank stator side, NADELLA 90021200 driveshaft, SKF closed C4 43473500 clutch shaft seal lusso: cortecco metal brown 91012000 clutch shaft seal px old: cortecco rubber blue 13110200 clutch shaft seal stator/flywheel side 91025000 driveshaft, lusso, outside 30mm 91043000 driveshaft, lusso, inside: 91041000 driveshaft, px old outside 27mm 91031000 piaggio kickstarter gear px old & sprint 21,8mm 89229100 piaggio kickstarter gear px 20,5mm 11352640 piaggio cruciform lusso: 87020000 piaggio cruciform px old 87010000 gasket set px 125 lusso, oil pump 92045000 gasket set px, oil pump 91090000 gasket set px, no oil pump 92015000 spacer set gearbox .... _________________________________________________________________ DISCLAIMER: the information shown in this video, is about THIS specific hardware. it is my personal observation documented with this video.
