I decided to name this mix Antaudun because in Finnish it means “I Surrender”. This was a big theme of my time there in Finland and ultimately allowed me to shed more and more layers of myself to reveal a deeper core of my true being. I consider this mix medicinal in that it is intended to bring about more peace and alignment to the listener. The music featured here is particularly spacious and for me carries a strong feeling of love. Medicine for me does just this. It brings us to our center. It reminds us what is most important. It inspires us to act in our highest integrity and to find an alignment with something higher than our own self-centered awareness. It is my hope that this mix brings about these sorts of realizations and remembrances for each of you who embark upon this journey. May we remember who we are and may we embody that essence to its greatest potential."
