It is located near Yizhou Chigan Tower in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with an altitude of 600 meters and a distance of 125 meters from the southern bank of the Pearl River. It stands opposite Haixinsha Island. The tower is primarily a tourist attraction, but it also serves as a broadcasting and television transmission tower, as well as a hub for cultural entertainment and a window to the city.
