Right before the United States went into full blown shut down mode due to COVID-19, I was able to get in a long distance motorcycle ride. I headed to the best place I know for time on two wheels, scenery, and solitude: west Texas! Fort Davis was the first stop of my trip in the Big Bend region for some motorcycle camping, sightseeing, and riding some of my favorite roads in the state. I camped at Fort Davis State Park, checked out the Davis Mountains Scenic Loop (HWY 166 & 118), and then grabbed lunch in Fort Davis. Should you be riding motorcycles during the COVID-19 Pandemic?
