4月13日（土）に開幕したKYOTOGRAPHIE 京都国際写真祭 2024。 4月初旬から各展覧会の施工が始まり、アーティストが来洛し、キュレーター、セノグラファー、プロジェクトマネージャーが各展示をつくりあげました。その会場風景の写真とともに、展覧会の見どころや設計の説明、アーティストとのインサイドトークなども交えて、全会場を共同ディレクターのルシール・レイボーズと仲西祐介が紹介します。 KYOTOGRAPHIE 2024 officially opened to the public on Saturday April 13. An international photography festival of this scale requires months of planning and many people to bring it to life. Exhibition construction began in early April, with artists, curators, scenographers, and project managers meeting in Kyoto. In this talk event Lucille Reyboz and Yusuke Nakanishi, co-founders and co-directors of the festival, will share insight into the making of KYOTOGRAPHIE 2024. They will introduce the unique Kyoto venues housing each exhibition, share highlights to look out for in the main program, explain the context of the scenography and exhibition design, and share insights from the artists themselves.
