This trumpet is built around a Meinlschmidt valve block, which is a less common block here in the USA but a popular option in Europe. It's a bronze block with nickel uppers which gives a great thickness to the sound but also a lot of crispness. And check out the beautiful blue finger buttons! The horn has "Soft D" semi-round tuning slide and a Bach 72-esque red brass bell with a larger diameter (over 5"). The red brass adds a nice depth to the sound.
