Salt 1 tsp Water 7-8 cups Ingredients for Mutton Karahi: Oil 1/2 cup Ginger garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Onion paste 1 ½ cup Boiled mutton as required Leftover mutton stock 1 cup Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp White pepper powder 1 tsp Yogurt 1 cup Cream 1/2 cup Ginger (julienne) as required Green chilies (julienne) as required Directions for Boiled Mutton Preparation: In a pot heat mutton, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and bring it to a boil. Cover and boil the mutton until 90% done. Now separate the mutton from the leftover stock and reserve them for later use. Set aside. Directions for Mutton Karahi Preparation: In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic. Cook for a minute. add cumin seeds and mix them well. Now add onion paste and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add boiled mutton and cook for 3-4 mins. Add leftover mutton stock, crushed black pepper, salt, white pepper powder. Mix it well and cover and cook for 5-10 mins. Add yogurt and cook until oil separates. Add cream and mix it well. Dish it out garnish it with green coriander and ginger. Your White Mutton Karahi is ready. Serve and enjoy. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 40-50 mins Servings: 4-5
