It stands for; Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands, and it asserts that the human body adapts specifically to imposed demands. It demonstrates that given stressors on the human system, whether biomechanical or neurological, there will be a 'Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands', this is the principle of specificity! 🤯 In this video, we give you the tools to identify which exercises are more or less specific 🎯 to your climbing AND how to waste less energy 🔥 with the bad ones.
