This really wasn't a difficult job once we had the correct parts. This vehicle was manufactured in March of 2014, the manual in the glove box says 2014, the title says 2014, and the Vin decoder online says that it was a 2014 Model. The local parts stores had a hard time finding the correct sensors for this vehicle because they said it's probably not a 2014 model. We were able to finally find the ones we needed by looking up the parts for a 2015... Tools needed: 13mm wrench and/or socket 18mm wrench and/or socket 6mm allen wrench or hex key 8mm socket diagonal pliers or tool to remove the plastic snap on the sensor cover 10mm socket large flatblade screwdriver torque wrench caliper compression tool or C-clamp Brake grease Wire brush Brake cleaner Torque specs that I found online: 19 ft. lbs for the small allen bolt that attaches the rotor 81 ft. lbs for the larger caliper bracket bolts 23 ft. lbs for the caliper slide pin bolts Here is the video showing how I replaced the rear brake pads & rotors on this same vehicle: • 2014 MINI COOPER - HOW TO REPLACE REA...
