I'm really enjoying these smaller sized pieces at the moment and the good news is that there is such a lot of them that are available in charity and second hand shops for a pretty reasonable price! They also make really good starter projects as they're not too overwhelming for someone just starting out on their furniture painting journey. My mum found this little piece in our local charity shop and dropped it in my front porch for me to 'do something with'. I would have probably walked past this piece if I'd have seen it but...challenge accepted! It's good to get out of your comfort zone every once in a while and change things up.
