Siquijor island mode of transportation to and from its nearby provinces in Visayas and Mindanao is through the surrounding seawaters. There is no available mass transportation yet by air so far. Though a wide airport is under construction. Siquijor port has tens of routes per day to Dumaguete and vise versa. It is slowly returning to its pre-pandemic level. The boats are roll-off, roll-on or RoRo and fastcrafts. RoRo travels to Dumaguete and vise versa 1.5 to 2 hours while fastcrafts 1 hour or less. Larena port serves neaby provinces of Cebu, Bohol, and Mindanao. Siquiior and Larena ports are the busiest in the island. Other small ports serve private ferries mostly for island tour with tourists. Tourists can check booking websites for the accomodation they like during their stay in the island.
