🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding, Eat or Pass? 👇Ingredients and Directions, Save it and like it✅️ From @gordongram website, gordonramsay.com Ingredients Dates 140g Baking soda 1/2 tsp Boiling water 1/4 cup 85ml Butter 42g Brown sugar 84g Egg1 Flour 78g Baking powder 1/2tsp Ingredients sauce Butter 113g Brown sugar 150g Milk 30ml Cream 30ml Corn syrup 35g Bourbon 1tbsp Ice cream (vanilla or favorite kind) Directions Start with pudding by taking off pits from dates and soak them in hot water with baking soda for 10 minutes. On a bowl or mixing machine, combine the butter and sugar, beat until blended. Add 1 egg and blend it. Add flour and baking powder and mix it until blended. Puree Dates, add them and mix until blended. Pour the compost in a muffin tray cover with butter and flour and bake at 355 for 19 minutes For the sauce, start with a cold sauce pan and add butter, brown sugar, corn syrup milk, and cream, then bring to a boil. Keep whisking to avoid burning.
