Always remember to take a break. Mental health break isn't something you do just because you are experiencing challenges or struggles in life but rather something we need to prioritize as we navigate through this life. After graduating in college in 2019, I only had a short time to explore since I had to focus on my board exam. Just a few months after getting my license and on my first job, COVID happened. It was only lately that I have felt the closest back to normal since the pandemic. I've been going out more to see my friends and socialize. I'm finally able to do things that I have put on hold because of COVID and one of them is basically to explore more and experience new things! With the series of catching up that I did, my social battery has went down which calls for a break.
