Also contains some optimization techniques, best practices, and about 10% subjective opinions on how .NET should be :) In this episode, we are now discussing .NET CLI tool of dotnet publish and its relation with dotnet build, especially when do we use both. I also discuss some scenarios, especially when it's run on CI/CD. NOTE: due to nature of dotnet publish, you have to pay attention on some features, especially when there is a manifest.
