The debut of this three-piece act. From the ashes of Serpents Lair, this act rises from three out of the four members of the defunct act. This trio brings a mixture between a more orthodox path of black metal and a more lively black ‘n roll. This duality is a good condiment to the songwriting and turn their music more varied, with low impact on the overall aggression, as the faster and harsher sections are far more corrosive and able to gain a momentum to a level that is high enough for the fewer black ‘n roll ones to decrease that rate, which present a different side of this but no less incredible. Probably what unite these two moods, and maintain a tight grip, are the drums, which are quite to the foreground and also greatly performed. As for the interchanges, are the vocals that command them and do the articulation between those two with complete ease and astounding delivery. This record showcases an act with immense potential, showing a great ability to blend aggression with melody, and seamlessly navigate between stylistic influences.
