This is my awesome 1953 Silver Dome travel trailer for sale. Not another Airstream and not your typical vintage travel trailer. It's rare, beautiful and functional! 1953 Sliverdome 25 I need a new caretaker! I'm 70 years old and need someone to love me and camp in me! Will not respond to "is this still availabe, if the ad is up it's available. I'm a 1953 25ft. Silver Dome. Beautiful vintage trailer that will set you apart from silver bullet crowd! Only dual-axle Silver Dome I have seen. The following was done to me in 2016, New tires, repacked bearings, tail lights rebuilt , new wiring harness, and safety chains. All plumbing redone with pex pipe. New water heater and toilet. Has a full bath. New circuit box, outlets, and power cord. New 5/8in.bamboo flooring ( real wood, not laminate) over 3/4 plywood subfloor. New refrigerator and microwave. Vintage propane stove works great with new regulator, tanks and lines. Has trailer brakes. Park model, no holding tanks. Weight - 3,800 lbs I bought this in Sept. 2016 and it has been stored in a garage since, unfortunately, a few days before the taller garage door was installed we had monsoon rains, and a leak damaged one ceiling panel (see photo). It has set inside awaiting my vintage camper park that never happened. I'm 70 years old, I'm not perfect, my body has some spots that were repaired years ago before the sweet paint job and some wavy body panels (see photos) also have 4 stabilizer jacks, see last photo I'm in no hurry to sell as I love this sweet trailer and will use it as an office/guestroom if it doesn't sell.
