Weird Trains & a Rail Replacement Bus! Welcome to my ‘Day in the Life’ Trip to Holyhead.

I’m in Bangkok atm and for some reason, YouTube cannot save the description to this video! Well, I’ll try again and hopefully it works……. I recently took a trip with Transport for Wales up to Holyhead. Nothing unusual about that you might say. But in this case, I decided to try a bit of a different route via Wrexham and Shotton which enabled me to try out one of those weird class 230 trains that operate on that route all the way up to Bidston. Not only that, but, by the time I’d reached Bangor, that was effectively the end of the line! To reach Holyhead, I had to take a rail replacement bus service! So not really routine was it. Nevertheless, here I was making this video of which the main point was to show you guys what I get up to on a normal trip. From what I pack, to how i do it, what I do for food (hopefully) and where I stay when I need to. A bit of a day in the life really! Join me on this trip and i’d be really interested to know what you think of these new trains and let me know what you think about Holyhead as a destination.
