SHOT FEBRUARY 2020, happy days... Here's how my Class 442 arrived with a smashed Driver's cab window and was taken out of service. Watch in awe as our first train through the blockade becomes terminated at Woking, and then marvel at me completely failing to get the right Delay Repay compensation for my 1 hour 16 minute delay. South Western Railway chooses to just reduce it to under 59 minutes. Because they are WINNERS. What doesn't come across is my admiration for the dedicated SWR staff - Railway workers who clearly care and seem as frustrated as the customers, and having to work in a system that's not very kind.
