10 miler at Brickell, Brickell Key, Bayside, Rickenbacker

9-2024 Jogged 10 miles total around Brickell, Bayside, Rickenbacker. First 4.5 were decent. Towards the end of mile 5 I got lost around Bayside. I was trying to get to the Port bridge to see if I can run it but there was no entry from the back. I ended up running back on Biscayne. Since I went further into downtown, I went under the Rickenbacker bridge. I also ran on the left side for the first time. I didn’t like the beginning because you’re exposed to the cars. They’re building a pathway on the left so that’s going to be good. I walked about .1 each mile after. Breathing was ok. Right hip didn’t feel too bad. I hardly stretched before so I have no idea at this point what’s better. Took the GoPro again to get better footage as the harness was tighter this time. This video came out much better. Weather was cloudy and not too hot at first but then the sun came out. It was somewhat humid but not as bad.
