Been wanting one of these. I think they are great to have for home emergency power outages, back packing camping and bug out situations. I would trade having a little more weight with having the fastest ways to cook bulk meat at a time. I don't imagine that bugging out would mean always being able to make huge campfires and hours to cook a whole deer or hog etc every time. I think with this among a group it would be 20 to 30 minutes tops to pull out a campstove and cook whatever you have or caught and even put your camp stove back up while the pressure maintains inside right before eating. I just thinks that's genius. I can only imagine super quick pull pork or easy to shred beef tacos or burritos for everyone. Or if you got a little more time having a meaty beef stew soup for dinner done in minutes. listen, i may be in bed right now but my imagination is already cooking for love ones in the woods. And even then I want to be the hostess with the mostess so people can get their enjoys. So yes, a side of wild edibles will be added or cooked them down like collard greens. I hope to find a place that cure aged ham for at least 18 months. those hams that people used to just be able to keep on the counter and cut pieces off whenever. slices of that would get any pot of mines going.
