Santa Fe's regularly scheduled OAF originated from the Bay Area terminal at Richmond, CA. It handled traffic destined to Chicago including traffic destined for St. Louis at Kansas City via Norfolk Western. Shorts from Bakersfield would be added for Kansa City and McCook. Blocks of TOFC and reefers would be filled at Fresno and Bakersfield seasonally. The first capture is at Magunden as the train stretches across the lower valley. The swing helper set was positioned while shorts were added for points east were placed on the head end. Enjoy!
