Right after discovering Ren with his masterpiece of a song "Hi Ren" about 9 months ago, I dig more in his work and found the trilogy of Jenny's, Screech's and Violet's Tale. A modern kind of "Les Misérables" musical. I first saw the YouTube version of Violet's Tale and already thought what a heartbreaking story this is, narrated in such an amazing piece of music. But when I then found out that it's just the ending part of a trilogy of unfortunate and absolutely tragic fates, I was left speechless. My wish is one day to go to London and see this trilogy played in a musical. The modern victims and villains. The Fantine, Cosette and Ténardier of our time, damned by their rotten roots they can't escape from. "it's such a shame..." #Ren #screechstale #jennystale #violetstale #London
