Westbound rains were being turned around at Queenstown, and at Outram Park station to avoid the affected section of track. Some sources show that a Kawasaki Heavy Industries C151 train may have lifted itself off the rails and damaging the third rail near Ulu Pandan Depot. Wild stuff.
