Sky News host Rita Panahi reacts to Talk TV host Julia Hartley-Brewer refusing to “pander” to her non-binary guest by refusing to use her ‘they/them’ pronouns. Before the interview started, journalist Shivani Dave told the Talk TV host her correct pronouns and asked to be referred to as “they/them”. Ms Brewer said she would instead use correct grammar and refused to refer to her as “they/them”. “You didn’t need to tell me, did you?” the Talk TV host said. The interviewee claimed she was a “very special” non-binary trans person. “Oh love, you aren’t special, you're just a giant irritating pain in the butt,” Ms Panahi said.
