One of the first things she addressed was how she found out her ex Colton Underwood was gay. Cassie said: “I was actually in Mexico on vacation with friends, which was great to be away, but yeah, I found out through Snapchat on ‘GMA.’ It was horrible. It was just a shocking kind of thing.” Cassie and Colton met on the Bachelor back in 2017. Cassie was Colton’s final pick, who he jumped a fence for to prove to her that she was the one for him. Only for them to have a toxic volatile break up a year and a half later, where she had to file a restraining order against him, for stalking and harassment. Colton fell off the grid for a year, before making his way back to the spotlight where he came out of the closet on Good Morning America. Cassie talked about the decision to keep things private and why she decided to not speak about it. She doesn’t get much more into it, in the podcast, but says that if and when she is ever ready to speak more about that, she will in her own time. Cassie talks about coming back to the franchise after the final rose, and was puzzled why everyone was so shocked on the internet to see her there. What she is currently up to is living in her new house in Huntington Beach, where she has a lot of plants, a new boyfriend Brighton, and keeps in close touch with Caelynn, Katie and Demi from her season.
