How to use guitar pedals in the external feedback loop of the Strymon Timeline [T005]

The Strymon Timeline has an external feedback loop, which often gets overlooked in favour of its stereo operation. What does this mean? It mean's that you can put other effects in a loop with the Timeline, and the feedback repeats from the delay will be affected by whatever is in that loop. You could put any effect you like in the loop, for really creative results. In this video I show how even modulation pedals give vastly different results to what you could achieve on the modulation circuit within the Timeline. I also touch on stacking modulation pedals, for really wild and unpredictable sweeps in the delay repeats. In this video I'm using an MXR Phase 90 and an MXR Analog Chorus, both awesome pedals in their own right, but in this application they can really go wild.
