I do not own any of the Score. It belongs to John Williams. I am also not making any money of this video. 40 years ago, the film "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi", the finale of the Star Wars Original Trilogy, was released. This is the last scene in the film, during the galaxy wide celebration of the Emperor's death. 0:00 Intro 0:15 Ewok Celebration 2:17 Victory Celebration 4:42 End Credits Ewok Celebration: The Ewoks celebrate the destruction of the Death Star. Victory Celebration: The Special Edition. The Galaxy Celebrates the death of the Emperor. End Credits: The Usual End Credits. We hear Luke's theme, Rebel Fanfare, Parade of the Ewoks, Luke and Leia, and the Throne Room. Interesting that we don't hear the Emperor's theme, despite the Emperor being an important figure in the episode. Maybe John felt the credits needed to reflect the celebratory nature of the galaxy. I would like to point out that while WilliamsMusicLover transcribed most of this, and I Doubled the Pianos, I did do "The Ewok Battle" and "Overtaking the Bunker" on my own, the former due to it not being done prior, and the latter for a challenge. Also, I would like to thank Film Score Media and Unreleased soundtrack-new for providing a complete (as far as we can get) collection of the soundtrack for "Return of the Jedi", as well as the Original Trilogy in General.
