Slight error, I called it a Neotec ll in video whereas this is the first model, the "Neotec", superseding the "Multitec". However, the procedure is the same for both. I have both models, the Neotec and Neotec ll. Once the top vent cover has been removed you will see three tiny screws holding down the vent base plate.
