There are countless beaches that line the North Coast 500 or NC500 in the Scottish Highlands but, this hidden Farr beach in Bettyhill is well worth a visit. The beauty and photographic sands are a great way to spend part or the whole of the day. This is linked to the cliffs, rocks scattered all over the place like Durness sands but, in recent years the infamous NC500 has brought littering problems, illegal camping, fires and many using it as a toilet.
