It is available as a stand-alone, or optionally as an integrated, process-controlled machine for upstream and downstream production. Only one semi-skilled, non-technical operator is required for production. An output conveyor belt is included. The MHP SP is ideal in combination with the MHP PLUG or MHP V-PLUG frame assembly machines for the efficient production from raw stretcher bars to finished stretched canvases with only one operator needed for each machine. Depending on the machine size and operator efficiency, up to 270 units can be produced per hour**. 4-sided stretching, corner folding, and stapling are all completed automatically!
