Sharing my 5 top methods on how you can cover up and breastfeed discreetly in public, (if that is your choice). Starting with tip number 5 for new to breastfeeding moms where the most coverage may be required for confidence I recommend the best nursing cover (IMO), up to tip number 1 where no special clothing or covers are required. Disclaimer: I am not saying that we must cover up when breastfeeding, I am simply sharing learnings from my own personal breastfeeding journey where I fed with a nursing cover and transitioned to using no nursing cover. If you choose to not use a cover, that is your right, as it is my right to use a cover when and if it makes me more comfortable and also my right to not use a cover when I don't feel like it. Currently I am still breastfeeding my 8 month old. During my time breastfeeding, I have picked up some tips along the way that I really want to share with you. The number one most important thing you need to know is that it is you and your baby's legal right to feed and be fed, not just at home, but in public also!
