First Threshold Running

Since this vlog's inception after the Sydney Marathon, I'm trying to document my improvement process both at running and muscle mass gain. Today session was a Threashold or Tempo : It's a quick pace that is not MAX, but it will get you tired very quickly as your muscles build lactate faster than they can remove it. Think of it as that burning feeling once you've pushed too hard. Here is the workout: 15min Warm up easy 2x16min @ 4.10min/ km(That's the threshold for me) 5 min rest in between 10-15 cool down at 5.30min/km If you like the content leave a like and follow to start reaching more of us runners :)
