With a Splinter bid, if we have good support for partner's 1H or 1S opening bid AND we have a void or a singleton, we can respond at the 4-level in the suit of our singleton or void. In this example hand, if we open 1S and partner responds 4C, partner is telling us partner has a good spade fit AND a singleton or void in clubs. What do you think, should we go to slam?
